An elegant and well-kept townhouse right against Guilford Courthouse Park (with access).… Quiet neighborhood set deep into the development with plenty of parking. Private pool. Very safe neighborhood with most units lived in by owners. HOA is very helpful. Full kitchen (new stove), 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths (new fixtures). HVAC replaced last year. Double private deck, rebuilt last summer. Gas fireplace. Great shopping nearby and daycare just down the street. Ca. 1 mile from interstate entrance but still quiet. Landlord lives ca. 2 miles from the townhouse and maintains the property. Present long-term tenants just purchased their own home. If wished, possible partial furnishing. Better and newer photos and video coming.
