The primary suite has a full-sized bed, a twin bed, a large closet, a 35" flat-screen TV, a beautifully updated en suite bathroom, and private balcony access. The second bedroom also has queen and twin beds and back balcony access with additional seating. There is also a back entrance to the pool and hot tub deck from this balcony. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, 2 dishwasher pods, and 2 laundry pods, and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. Remember to bring your own beach and pool towels. Located directly across the street from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach, this condo is super close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Starbucks and Ben and Jerry's are across the street, and the renowned Sea Captain's House with oceanfront bar is a 3-block walk away. Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Boardwalk, and Myrtle Beach Convention Center are less than 1 mile away. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am as per citywide ordinance. Renters are not allowed to have pets. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N just to the West of the main parking lot and across from Starbucks. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted. Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the lots.
