Located directly across the street from public beach access at 29th Avenue North, this condo is in the heart of Myrtle Beach. It's just a few blocks from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and the Convention Center.
Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Events are not allowed. Guests are asked to treat the home and common areas with respect. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies. Flammable fluids, explosives, or hazardous materials are not permitted in units. Common areas should not be obstructed with bikes, floats, or chairs. No boats, trailers, golf carts, or oversized vehicles are permitted to park in the lots. Entry is by keypad, and a code will be provided 48 hours before check-in.
Pool hours are from 9 AM to 10 PM. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the pool area. Please observe and respect rules and regulations posted in the pool area.
