The open-plan living and dining areas are spacious with plenty of seating for your family, including a queen sleeper sofa, a separate loveseat, a large dining table for 6, and an additional dining table on the balcony. Entertainment is provided by a 55-inch flat-screen TV. The fully stocked open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The primary suite boasts a full-size bed, a twin bed, a large closet, a 50-inch flat-screen TV, a beautifully updated en-suite bathroom, and private balcony access. The second bedroom also has queen and twin beds and back balcony access, with additional seating to watch the kids play at the pool while in the shade. A back entrance to the pool and hot tub deck is accessible from this balcony.
Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and dishwasher and laundry pods. Bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. Please bring your own beach and pool towels. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate. Linen service for the sleeper sofa is available upon request.
Located directly across the street from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach, this condo is super close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. A Starbucks and Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream are across the street, the renowned Sea Captain's House with an oceanfront bar is a 3-block walk away, and you'll be less than 1 mile from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. A car is recommended, but you can also walk to several places, making it easy to leave your car in the lot for most of your stay. Uber is available in the area but can be limited at times.
Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 5 people, including infants and children. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs, etc. Please hang provided parking passes from your vehicle's rear view mirror or place on the dashboard. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the lots. Please consider your neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable sound level.
