A large dining table seats 6, with additional dining space on the balcony for ocean-facing meals. The fully stocked open kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The primary suite includes a full-size bed, a twin bed, a large closet, a 50" flat-screen TV, a beautifully updated en-suite bathroom, and private balcony access. The second bedroom also features queen and twin beds, with back balcony access offering additional seating and a view of the pool and hot tub deck. A back entrance to the pool and hot tub deck is accessible from this balcony.
Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies including a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and dishwasher and laundry pods. Bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. Beach and pool towels are not provided. A car is recommended for getting around, though many places are within walking distance. Uber is available in the area.
Directly across the street from a public beach access point at 29th Avenue North, this condo is ideally situated for enjoying Myrtle Beach. You'll be just a few blocks from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and the Convention Center. Starbucks and Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream are across the street, and the renowned Sea Captain's House is a 3-block walk away. The Golden Mile is also nearby for scenic strolls.
Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 5 people, including infants and children. Please treat the home and common areas with respect. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure, and children under 12 require a parent or guardian in the pool area. Portable grills are not permitted on balconies or patios. All garbage should be secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N. Flammable fluids, explosive or flammable materials, or any other hazardous articles are not permitted in units. Common areas should not be obstructed with bikes, floats, chairs, etc. Parking is available in the lot facing Ocean Blvd, and no parking passes are needed. Boats, trailers, golf carts, or oversized vehicles are not permitted in the lots. Noise should be kept at a reasonable sound level.
