The open-plan living and dining areas are spacious and tastefully appointed with plenty of seating, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and a queen sleeper sofa. The fully stocked galley-style kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The primary suite includes a full-size bed, a twin bed, a 40-inch flat-screen TV, and private balcony access. The second bedroom also has a full-size bed and a twin bed, with access to the back balcony.
Parking is available in the lot facing Ocean Blvd. No passes are needed. Boats, trailers, golf carts, or oversized vehicles are not permitted to park in the lots. Guests can bring their own beach and pool towels. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and dishwasher and laundry pods. Bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each.
Located directly across the street from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North, this condo is super close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Enjoy Starbucks and Ben & Jerry's across the street, a 3-block walk to the Sea Captain's House, and less than a 0.5-mile walk to Broadway at the Beach. The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Myrtle Beach Convention Center are just over 1 mile away.
Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people, including infants and children. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N. Flammable fluids, explosive or flammable materials, or any other articles deemed hazardous are not permitted in units. Common areas should not be obstructed with bikes, floats, chairs, etc. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian. Please observe and respect rules and regulations posted in the pool area. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. A copy of a valid photo ID is required for verification and liability purposes.
Taxes are not included in the nightly rate. Linen service for the sleeper sofa can be provided upon advance request.
