The second bedroom also offers a full-size bed and a twin bed, with access to a back balcony overlooking the pool.
Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies, including paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. Beach and pool towels are not provided. Taxes are not included in the nightly rate. A linen service for the sleeper sofa is available upon advance request.
Located directly across the street from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North, this condo offers unparalleled proximity to Myrtle Beach's attractions. Enjoy a Starbucks and Ben & Jerry's across the street, a three-block walk to the renowned Sea Captain's House, and less than half a mile to Broadway at the Beach. Top Golf is a quarter mile away, and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Convention Center are just over a mile away.
Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people, including infants and children. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the pool area. Towels or bathing suits should not be hung on balconies. Portable grills are not permitted on balconies or patios. Garbage should be secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N. Flammable fluids, explosive or flammable materials, or any other hazardous articles are not permitted in units. Common areas should not be obstructed with bikes, floats, or chairs. Parking passes must be displayed from the vehicle's rear-view mirror or placed on the dashboard. Boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles are not permitted to park in the lots. Noise should be kept at a reasonable level during quiet hours.
