Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort on our property. *Heating the pool and spa is an extra feature and available upon request and can only be activated during daytime hours; heating is not permitted at night. $150 initial heating cost will apply + $60 per day to maintain pool temperature at all times. You also have the option to heat just the spa for $120 initial heating cost and $40 per day to maintain the temperature. Keep in mind the pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees.
