Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs, etc. Noise should be kept at a reasonable sound level.
