It has AC/Heat unit, all utilities paid, lawn service included. Parking in the driveway. Must have renters' insurance. First and deposit. $3,300.00 to move in. Bring your clothes and a toothbrush! Check out all there is to do in Inverness, restaurants and stores. 2 miles from HCA hospital. An hour from Tampa and an hour 15 min from Orlando. An hour to sandy gulf beaches and 2+ hours to the Atlantic Ocean. 1 mile to a large park with tennis and a pool, 2 miles to downtown and lakeside parks. 3 miles to a boat launch. 20 miles to Rainbow River with a beautiful spring to swim in, or rent a kayak to go down crystal clear Rainbow River. I will consider a pet, just let me know what you have. I will also consider my home for sale, furnished or unfurnished. Reach out with any questions.
