Your first tank will be provided. You will need to set up WiFi, gas and electric upon move in day. You are also responsible for the back yard. Tools and weed killer will be in garage to help. Please pick up after your pets often, and spray the grass with water to get rid of any odor. The neighbors can easily smell anything coming from your house/yard. Please be respectful! The HOA does spray for bugs and mosquitoes often. The dumpster is right outside the garage and it's picked up several days a week. HOA maintains outside of fenced areas. Both pools and hot tub are year round, key fobs will be provided to enter. This is also a gated community so you will be provided a gate code.
