Enjoy access to community amenities and a well-equipped kitchen with cooking basics, a microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a 4-person dining table, ceiling fans, 3 Smart TVs with Amazon Firesticks, free Wi-Fi, linens/towels, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Starter complimentary toiletries are provided.
The community amenities include 2 outdoor pools and a fitness center. The Key West Golf Club is open to the public for a separate fee, which can be paid directly at the Pro Shop. Parking is available in the driveway for 1 vehicle, and a parking pass is required.
Spend mornings sipping coffee on the porch, watching the golfers play, and afternoons lounging by one of the sparkling pools. End evenings with a barbecue in a secluded, fenced yard. The gated community offers security.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is allowed on the property, including the patio and deck. No pets are allowed. No events, parties, large gatherings, or unauthorized overnight guests are permitted. The primary booker must be at least 25 years old. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is located on the front porch facing the front side of the house, camera 2 is on the back porch facing the back side of the house, and camera 3 is at the doorbell facing the front outdoor entry. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected. The cameras will be off during your stay. A temporary parking pass is mandatory for all guests. Contact the Guest Contact at least 48 hours prior to arrival, so your pass is waiting for you at the security guard shack.
