No Pets. No Smoking/Drugs on the property. Not HUD approved.
The studio sits off to the side of two other rentals on the property. One couple has rented on the property for 20 years (they are fabulous). Quiet hours are in place from 8:00 pm - 8:00 am and are enforced for all tenants.
Month-to-month lease. Partially furnished with love seat, bed, bedding, table/desk for TV, end table, lamps, and small dining room set. Tenant must provide own TV. Cable box provided, if desired. Oil heater, dehumidifier, and new electric blanket provided for winter months.
$1600 for first month's rent and $1600 deposit required.
