Lease terms

Looking for a long term renter. Tenant is responsible for mowing front yard and back yard. Tenant is also responsible for snowplowing/shoveling and salting of sidewalk, driveway and stairs during winter months. Other responsibilities include putting out garbage and following city rules for removal of garbage according to city of Gloversville schedule and all other codes enforced by the city ordnances. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and costs incurred for heating and cooling while living on property. Pets are negotiable. There is a non refundable pet rent of $50 per month if a pet is agreed upon with landlord Landlord is responsible for water and homeowners insurance. Landlord also has the right to enter the property with a 24 hour notice with the exception of an emergency. Landlord has the right for a monthly walkthrough as deemed necessary with a 24 hour notice Please note; there is only room for one parked car. The small garage can be used for storage but is not large enough for a car. Landlord has the right to include other lease obligations at time of signing
