This is brand new space. It is the bottom of a house. It has its own entrance. The space will not be shared at all. Private back yard, $1099 first months rent and $1099 deposit due at time of rental. We do accept small dog or cat. There is a $300 non refundable pet fee. The monthly pet fee is $30 this is per pet for pet fee and monthly fee. We will work with credit issues.
