About the building

Looking to rent the months of November - February.… Newly updated, fully furnished (or available not furnished), beautiful, and cozy townhome in a gorgeous neighborhood. Master bedroom has great views of Devil's Thumb and the mountains and flatirons. Also really good flatiron and mountain views from the downstairs living room and front patio sitting area. The views from the pool in the summer are stunning and makes you feel like you're on vacation. We havenew microwave, new dishwasher, new washer and drier, new oven and stove, and new flooring downstairs. The back patio has a table and chairs, small couch and ottoman, jacuzzi, and a cold-plunge barrell. The upstairs includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one in the master). Downstairs includes 1 bathroom with a nice shower. We're located in a beautiful area of south Boulder in the Devil's Thumb neighborhood up on Table Mesa. Just a 4 minute walk to the mountains with plenty of good hiking and running trails. We're located right next to a huge elementary school field and I take my dog there almost daily to throw the ball around. It's very convenient but not too close to hear any noise from the school when it's in session. There is one tennis court directly above the swimming pool. Each unit has a key for the pool and the tennis court. It's a great community of people and many own these units as their 2nd vacation home and live in other location(s) as well. The 2 car garage is large and has a loft which can be used for storage. There is also plenty of storage throughout the home. We are very close to bike paths, coffee shops, yoga studios, the Rec Center, Whole Foods, King Soopers and other popular restuarants and specialty stores.
