This unit is located in Shalimar Fl!! The studio apartment will be immaculately cleaned with new paint and cleaned carpet. This is a cozy unit with a full size fridge. It also features a stove/oven. There is also a full size bathroom with shower/tub! It can be furnished with a table, 2 chairs, 6 drawer dresser and a nightstand. It also has a queen size bed. ALL UTILITIES PAID (EXCEPT TV CABLE & INTERNET). It is close to Eglin AFB, Hurlburt Field, Ft Walton Beach, Crestview and the beautiful beaches in Destin Fl. There is a common ground area with a gazebo. A laundry facility is located on 8th St., right next to our office. Application fee of $50 includes running credit report. A pet is accepted with a small monthly pet rent of $50 per month.
