RESERVATIONS
Must be 25+ years old to book.
A $250 - $500 deposit may be requested for bookings and holidays.
No unauthorized guests allowed, only those on reservation.
NO EVENTS OR PARTIES
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 7 am (includes loud voices and music).
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately or you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

NO SMOKING AND VAPING
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home. Minimum $200 fine. Smoking is only permitted outdoors (with closed windows and doors).
USE OF POOL AND SPA
Pool cleaner comes 1-3x a week through the side gate to clean the pool, which takes a few minutes and they will not interrupt your stay.
No glass or food in or around the pool. If the pool needs to be drained as a result of this violation it will be at the expense of the guest.
POOL HEATING
$125/day to heat the pool (full stay required)
It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice
Spa heating included in booking amount ... increased price in winter months (November to March) -- if the stay exceeds 5 days, there is an additional $15/day charged for unlimited spa usage
CHECK-INS AND CHECK-OUTS
Early check-in or late check-out, if available, may be an additional fee.
For items left behind, a $10 service charge is added to the shipping rate.

Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4% charge is not refunded.
DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as "Waivo Insurance" on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
