Recently renovated bath and kitchen, as well. Central AC and ceiling fans keep it cool in the summer. A large, shaded front porch provides ample space for reading, relaxing, and hanging out with friends. The lower level is a large open floor plan that includes an over-sized walk in closet. Originally designed to function as a stand-alone, separate unit, the studio-like room has a kitchenette with a second refrigerator and a 3/4 bath. A tidy washer and dryer room makes laundry easy with a shelf and cabinet to store your detergents and cleaning supplies. Well behaved dog or cat welcome with a one-time supplemental pet fee ($425). We do not charge pet rent. There is no off street parking but tenants have never complained for lack of parking in front of the apartment or nearby. Congress Park, Cheeseman Park, Lodo, Coors Field and Wash Park 1.5 miles or less away. Metro State and UC-Denver aren't much further. The Mayan Theater and a plethora Broadway shops and restaurants are also just a few minutes by foot. The Cherry Creek Bike Trail is two blocks away and 6th Ave is a six minute walk.
