The community is the big draw here - it's a quiet neighborhood filled with fantastic folks who enjoy having Friday Float days on our private beach. Dock parties - we have a boat and are happy to take folks out on it - we typically cruise out a few times a week and extend the invite to friends. There's an annual community summer party with tacos on the beach and its always a great time - the people in this community do not disappoint.
This unit gets club privileges, meaning up to 10 concerts on the lake each year, movies on the lake, festive holiday parties, such as Octoberfest, Holiday snow day events, and the ability to rent affordable water sporting equipment from motor boats, to paddleboards, to peddle boats, kayaks, and fishing boats. The club also features an extremely large beach with a lifeguard in the summertime. There is a 3rd beach, East beach that is also available by boat or car and features a snack stand and lifeguard.

You can access the restaurants and shops on the lake by boat using the dock at the shopping center or accessing via car on Marguerite.
