This property is fully furnished, including kitchen tools & bed linens. It is cross listed on Furnished Finders & Travelnursehousing websites. Short, midterm and yearly term leases are available. Minimum stay 1 month. Utilities are included for short term renters (~4 weeks), however utility bills will be transferred over to be paid by mid or long term renters. This house is not suitable for children under age 10 and young children will not be permitted. There is a spiral staircase to access the master loft from inside the house which is not suitable for children under 10 due to safety reasons. This house includes 2 sets of stairs and is not handicap accessible. Pets are not preferred but *may* be considered on a case by case basis (please contact owner for consideration of pets). Absolutely no smoking, vaping, cigars, E-cigs, marijuana, or drugs of any kind. Owners retain the rights to access or stay in the house basement's primitive apartment at any time for ongoing outdoor maintenance projects. Owners have retained several locked rooms in basement for storage of personal items and equipment. Owners will take care of lawn and outdoor maintenance. Renters are responsible to keep inside of house tidy and cleaned, including washing bed sheets and linens as needed. Daily maid service is not available. Videos of this house available upon request.
