Monthly rent is $2900 + $500 deposit + $195 outclean from June-September. Seasonal Rates are $3690 Great view, nice pool and hot tub and feels like home for sure! You will love it! *SPECIAL RATES: Book 4+ months during October-May and monthly rate would be $3290/month plus deposit/outclean. Let us know!
