It is a fully furnished studio apartment on the ground floor of a 4 unit apartment building in the heart of historic Montford.… The location is so special, that the Asheville trolley and zoom comedy buses stop in front. It is walking distance to downtown. There are numerous windows along the south facing wall along with an enclosed patio.
It is perfect for a person or couple that wants a cozy apartment, that is ready for immediately occupancy, or for a couple that is in transition, and needs a place for 6 month or a year, while settling into a permanent home in the fore-see-able future. It comes complete with a fully supplied kitchen, desk, TV, internet, futon bed/couch, large closet, dining table, and table. It also an outside patio with table and chairs in a private setting, with southern exposure and a large chestnut tree overhead. I do not accept pets. Internet is $25/month and the tenant pays for the electricity, all the other utilities are paid by the landlord.
