Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee of $20 per hour. A $50 cleaner trip fee will apply if the cleaning team cannot access the property due to a delayed checkout. Guests are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by them or their party. Tampering with or disabling electronic monitoring devices is prohibited. The internet plan includes 1.2TB per month; exceeding this limit may impact speeds. This property utilizes a septic tank; only flush toilet paper. Trash must be bagged and placed in the garbage bin for Friday morning pickup. In the event of a system failure, neither the property owner nor the management shall be liable for damages, and no refunds will be given. Management is not liable for loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, pests, construction, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control. Guest personal property is not insured by the owner against loss or damage. Management recommends guests carry insurance to protect themselves and their personal property. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the owner and management from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury. All payments are nonrefundable; cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking confirmation will be refunded minus applicable fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation or 24 hours of check-in will forfeit all payments. A mid-stay clean is required for stays of 40-60 nights, and a deep clean for stays over 60 nights. Standard cleaning fees cover the initial checkout clean; mid-stay or deep cleans are charged separately. Parties are prohibited, and a gathering is considered anyone additional to the number of guests listed on the reservation. An additional fee of $25 per extra person, per night will apply for each additional guest beyond the property's bed count. The propane grill is available for use.
