There are two bedrooms and the bathroom has a separate shower and a large two-person tub with jets. There is deck space on the front and a large floating deck out back. Unlike many houseboats that are crammed together with little actual water view, the back of our houseboat looks out onto open water space and has direct access to Lake Union. As well, the front of house has open water views in front. Direct access to Lake Union with a boat slip large enough for a ~21' boat (owner approval necessary). Appliances include stainless fridge, stainless oven, microwave, a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and wood stove. City can issue you unlimited timed parking pass to park your car/s in front of dock entrance. The floating home is just across the bridge from Fremont, on a super friendly dock. Parking permit with houseboat rental in front of dock. Within minutes, you will be at Fred Hutch, Amazon, Facebook, Zymogenetics, and downtown Seattle. Swim and boat right off your deck. Quiet and friendly neighbors, would like the same out of tenants. I have enjoyed the many years we lived on the houseboat-- our dock has the friendliest nicest sweetest people you will ever meet.
