Grant Hill Park is only a block away, and boasts the best sunset view in San Diego! Only a 5-minute drive to Gaslamp Quarter (downtown), Balboa Park, and South Park. WiFi/smart TV, record player with USB/Bluetooth. Gas stove and heater/built in AC/ beach gear available / free storage.
This is a gated complex with key-less entry locks, security doors; well lit with motion-sensor lighting on pathways and back parking lot. Off -street parking and laundry facilities included. Residential area/ wide streets lined with palms/nice culturally mixed, safe neighborhood. The "Tamale Lady" usually comes down the street every night around 7pm $2 each!
The other tenants are mostly travel nurses /they are respectful, quiet and friendly/helpful. Friendly owner-operated property: serving the travel-nurse community for over 7 years: plenty of references and recommended by staffing agency's
