Hello, I have a large, main floor bedroom available in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Denver and Hwy 6. The bedroom is a large, clean and bright space. The house is shared with myself, one other roommate, a cat, and a 3 year old retriever. The kitchen is large and has enough space for everyone. But, I am still in process of renovating the space. As you can tell, the renovation is almost complete and is 100% livable. I need to complete some finishing tasks. One of my favorite parts about the home is that each bedroom is located on a different floor, which gives us all a bit of privacy. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2021. Though there is only one bathroom, it hasn't been a problem. It seems like everyone has a different work schedule for the mornings. The home has a positive and chill vibe. The room itself has recently been updated to include a larger armoire closet, new windows, light fixtures, and fresh paint. I am an active, 40ish, female. I work from home during the day and bartend part time in the evenings. I like to camp, hike, bike, and work on projects. I stay busy with friends, hot spring trips, and arts and crafts projects. The other roommate is mid 30's, M, and is very laid back, kind, and positive. He works during the day. The cat mostly lays around all day and judges us,l. Stewart is trying to be the best boy. He gets excited when people come over, but, he settles down. And, we are currently in training and is a sweet natured pup. He doesn't potty in the house, doesn't chew, and is working on his ADHD. Sorry, but, no more cats or dogs. The room is available now. The rent is $900 Move in is first month's rent and a $900 deposit. Rent will be prorated if move in isn't on the 1st.
