Housemate wanted in gorgeous quiet country house. 15 min to dt. 2 min from 12/18 south of cottage grove. Peaceful. Must love animals.… One sweet dog, two cats and some chickens. I have a huge veg garden and 3 pollinator gardens. On 17 acre horse ranch. No horses currently or access to horse barn, but 17 acres are free to explore. $1000/mo plus $100-150 in utilities.
Private bed room or private fully finished basement space to call your own, one garage space and shared bathroom. 6 mo lease with option to renew. Available Aug/Sept. Individuals only. Small pet may be considered.

I am a 40 yo professional with a normal 9-5. I enjoy the peace and nature out here, keep to myself mostly, but do enjoy a glass of wine around the bonfire with company from time to time. I am quiet, cook, paddle, hike, camp, garden, teach yoga, and knit.
