The tenant pays all utilities except water. The landlord pays for water because it is connected to the back garage apartment. The tenant in the garage apartment uses the straight driveway. Tenants in the front house use the circle driveway. The required length of the first lease is 1 year, after that, it can be renewed annually. The tenant is responsible for lawn care. The yard must be mowed every other week or weekly during the growth stage. Applications will be available at Open House. We do not accept online applications. We will; however, accept a hard (printed) copy of the Zillow application or our own application.

The use of e-cigarettes or facsimile products is also prohibited on the property. Max 2 vehicles. No boat or mobile home parking. The application fee is $40 per person age 16+.
