The tenant pays all utilities except water. The landlord pays for water because it is connected to the back garage apartment which is occupied by a law student. The tenant in the garage apartment uses the straight driveway. Tenants in the front house use the circle driveway. The required length of the first lease is 1.5 years, after that, it can be renewed annually. The tenant is responsible for lawn care. The yard must be mowed every other week in the growth stage. Applications will be available at Open House only.

The use of all tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, snuff, chewing tobacco, or any other form of tobacco is prohibited on the property. The use of e-cigarettes or facsimile products is also prohibited on the property. Max 2 vehicles. No boat or mobile home parking. The application fee is $40 per person. Applications will be available at Open Houses.
