The Wyoming Treehouse (this rental) is located on the top half of the property and is the three bedroom, one and a half bath house. The lower-level apartment (Wyoming Woodlands) is a one-bedroom, one bath apartment and has a separate entrance at the back of 2749 N Wyoming Street. The laundry room is the only shared space with its separate keyed entrances. UTILITIES Residents of The Wyoming Treehouse reimburse owner for water/sewer/trash/gas/electric utilities by paying a monthly utility fee of $395 for the first person and $195 for additional persons. The Wyoming Treehouse is fiber-ready for internet/TV through Verizon up to 1Gigabyte and the resident is responsible for choosing internet/tv services and paying Verizon directly. PETS Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. MAINTENANCE Residents of The Wyoming Treehouse are responsible for lawn care and leaf removal. Snow removal of the walkway in front of the house is shared with the residents of Wyoming Woodlands. Owner pays for all other interior and exterior maintenance of the building as well as landscaping, tree-trimming, and gutter cleaning. BIKE STORAGE: Locked full-size shed for two bikes.
