UTILITIES Residents of The Wyoming Treehouse reimburse owner for water/sewer/trash/gas/electric utilities by paying a monthly utility fee of $345 for the first person and $145 for each additional persons. The Wyoming Treehouse is fiber-ready for internet/TV through Verizon up to 1Gigabyte and the resident is responsible for choosing internet/tv services and paying Verizon directly.
