CRIMINAL BACKGROUND Criminal history which indicates that an applicant's tenancy would constitute a direct threat to the health or safety of yourself or other individuals or whose tenancy could result in substantial physical damage to the property of the owner or others may result in rejection of the application. Failure to disclose any criminal history may be grounds for denial of an application. CREDIT All applicants' Credit must be acceptable. All bills must be current and no outstanding debts to previous landlords. No Bankruptcy in the last 7 years. DRIVERS LICENSE AND SOCIAL SECURITY A valid and verified Driver's License(or state issued for of Identification) and Social Security Card of all applicants over the age of 18 are required. ACCURATE and COMPLETE INFORMATION Applicants' failure to provide accurate or complete information on the application may result in rejection. All requested information on the application will be processed and verified then presented to the Landlord of the property who then will make the final decision to accept or decline an applicant's application. The Application Fee ($50) is Non-refundable. No Vouchers. No smoking on the property. Tenant responsible for all bills. Lease term 12 months or more.
