Absolutely no illegal activity we like our neighbors, and they like us law-abiding. 3. Clean Space, Clear Mind Clean up after yourself in the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Dishes in the sink? Not for long give them a quick wash and dry. Trash and recycling go out before they start to smell like a science experiment. 4. Guests & Sleepovers Friends are welcome just keep it cool and give your roommates a heads-up. Overnight guests are fine in moderation, but if they start getting their own mail here we've gone too far. 5. Noise & Respect Quiet hours: 10 PM 8 AM (unless the whole house agrees otherwise). Respect everyone's space, stuff, and sanity. 6. Safety First Lock the door when you come and go. No letting in strangers unless you'd also let them watch your pet, water your plants, and hold your phone unlocked. 7. Repairs & Oops Moments If something breaks, speak up quickly so it can get fixed. If you broke it, own it we'll figure it out like civilized humans. 8. Moving Out Give written notice according to the lease terms. Leave your room looking like it did on move-in day (minus the Pinterest wall you put up we get it). Duration: If this is a good fit indefinitely or until either one of our situations change. Fees: The electricity & Internet is split three ways Policies: 1. Do onto your roommates as you want done onto you. 2. 420 & vape friendly/tolerant but please no cigarettes inside the apartment. 3. Clean up after yourself. When are you going out check to see if garbage can we taken out as I will do the same. 4. We will have significant others but no guests for longer than three days three days unless discussed prior to an agreed-upon. I understand family can visit during the holidays. 5. Communicate 6.
