* FULLY FURNISHED; MONTH-TO-MONTH * The monthly rent includes four people, including children. For groups of more than four people, including children. an additional $10.00 per person per night applies. The maximum occupancy is eight people. * Off-street parking is limited to 4 cars. Commercial vehicles need written permission. Street parking overnight is not allowed. * Includes WiFi, all utilities, trash removal, snow removal & yard care. * The rent will be increased by 30% for the summer months of May, June, July, August, and September. * A separate owner's suite is located on the lower level and is occupied 24/7/365. It has a separate entrance and no cross-traffic. * One-month minimum and then continuing month to month. * No animals. * The owner reserves the right to do a background check on all Guests. * Renters must provide proof of a renter's policy. * Rent is subject to change. * Responsible Party (licensee): The Guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years of age, is considered the Responsible Party, and will be present during the entire reservation. *Absolutely no parties, events, or excessive drinking allowed. We do not rent to any group that intends to use the Vacation Home for "excessive drinking" or as a "party" getaway. *Occupancy Limits: Exceeding the occupancy limits is not allowed. *Quiet Time & Noise Levels: The Vacation Home is in a residential neighborhood. Noise that disturbs the peace & quiet of neighbors is not allowed. *Additional Terms To The Agreement: In addition to the standard terms included herein, the Guest acknowledges and agrees that additional terms and conditions apply to the Guest's rental of the Property: A Rental License Agreement (4+ pages) will be sent by email to the Guest for a DocuSign electronic signature to be returned along with a copy of a valid ID, such as a driver's license, to complete the reservation before the reservation check-in date.
