Welcome & Property Guidelines Thank you for your interest in our home! We strive to create a safe, and comfortable living environment for everyone. Please take a moment to review our lease details and move-in criteria below. Lease Term: Short-term options available (up to 6 months). Application Process: To get started, we like to begin with a brief initial phone screening to say hello, discuss your timeline, and see if the property is a good match for our needs. Following our call, interested applicants complete a Zillow-verified application prior to scheduling a tour. Standard credit, background, current/ past rental and employment references checks are completed after the tour. Utilities: Tenants are responsible for paying for utility services (electric, gas, trash, and internet). Occupancy & Guests: To ensure a comfortable space for everyone, occupancy is capped at a maximum of 4 residents. All permanent residents must be listed on the written lease agreement. Smoking Policy: For the health and maintenance of the property, this is a strict non-smoking and non-vaping home indoors. Renter's Insurance: We require proof of a standard renter's insurance policy (minimum $100,000 personal liability coverage) prior to move-in. Security & Safety: The property is equipped with an active alarm system and exterior security cameras. Tenants are asked to keep the alarm armed when away from home and leave all security hardware fully functional and unobstructed.
