      This is a fully furnished turn-key residence available for a stay of 6 months to several years. Renter pays electricity and WIFI. No smoking on the premises. Non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs considered. No cats. (We love them, but too may people are allergic to them.) We require renter pay for regular cleaning service for the home at lease once a month because this is fully furnished. We charge a departure cleaning fee. International applicants are welcome.
