We're looking for a third roommate to join us in our 3 bed, 4 bathroom townhome in LoHi / Jeff Park. The room has its own private ensuite bathroom, and the house is fully furnished in the shared areas, you just need to fill your room. The location is amazing, within walking distance to bars, restaurants, parks, gyms, and a grocery store. House details: 4 level townhome with plenty of privacy Rooftop deck with city and mountain views Fully furnished common areas Viking appliances in the kitchen New washer and dryer Central air conditioning Energy efficient build to help keep heating and cooling costs down Each tenant has their own private full bathroom Plenty of street parking, with the option for a parking spot Owner pays for trash, sewer, water, and internet Renters are responsible for gas and electric About us: We are two young professionals, 31M and 32F. I love getting into nature and enjoying weekends in the city. Ellie is super active and into run clubs, pickleball, and staying busy. We each have our own friend groups, but over time they've naturally started to merge. The house is clean, respectful, and social, while still being a calm place to live. Ideally, we'd love to find someone who is also social, clean, and respectful. Lease details: We're open to starting with a 3 month lease to make sure it's a good fit, with the option to extend into a 1 year lease after that. First month, last month, and security deposit required. No smoking. We have a small rabbit named Clyde, so unfortunately no cats or dogs.
