Studio is for 1 adult. Additional person is $200/month more. The Rent is $1650/ month for 1 person OR $1850 for 2 people (adult or kid) studio includes all utilities ( electricity, water, trash, recycling, and Wi-Fi). This is a studio, not a one bedroom apartment. ** This is for a minimum 6 month lease** I am renting out a detached studio from the main house with separate entrance No pets No drugs No Smoking we do have a small dog on the property, he is friendly with people , but not other pets. ( so no pets allowed) The studio has a kitchen, bathroom and a very small closet. Studio comes with Wi-Fi, gas, water, electricity, trash and recycling ( all included in the rent). Laundry access ( laundry room is shared with main house) but it has it own entrance next door to the studio. Property is Gated on both sides, where the entrances are to the studio. The studio is approx. 250sq. ft. of living space. Street parking. (if you want a parking spot in the driveway). it will cost you additional $200/month. i can give up my spot and look for street parking. Street parking can be limited at times, but usually there is a spot up or down the street. We usually try to save a spot in front of the property, but its not guaranteed. Alittle more information on the studio: There are laminated floors, with tile in the kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen has tiled counter with a gas stove, range and microwave. The bathroom has a nice walk in shower with glass doors, and tiled shower. Vanity and sink cabinet in the bathroom also. The studio has a celling fan, and now has a new A/C with built in Heater and remote. There is a large patio in the back with a deck right outside the studio. Windows to the studio are tinted to keep a lot of the heat out during summer, and gives privacy. If you need a bit more storage, we can arrange some space in the laundry room next to it. We also have an outside fridge in the patio, in case you need more fridge space. The studio has a small bar like fridge in the kitchen area. There is plenty of cabinet storage in the kitchen. There is also a large cabinet that can be used as storage. Washer and dryer on property right next to the studio ( and is also used by us in the front house.) The studio is literally close to everything. We have down the road places to eat like : Carl's Jr. Taco bell, Pizza Hut, Subway, Hawaiian BBQ, Super Sergio's taco shop, Casa de Taco (dine in Mexican),Mike's giant pizza, Casa De Oro ( another dine in Mexican), Texas Road House, LA Fitness gym, 7-Eleven, Gas station, car wash, food 4 less, CVS y mas, Super Mexican market, Sonic, Starbucks, and Plaza Bonita a few minutes away.
