Lease terms

Tenet pays for water paid to Janesville water company every 3 months, gas and electric is allient paid monthly. No smoking in house, street parking is available, we are willing to accept dogs if you can provide records and breed. Rent is due by the 1st of every month, we will charge a 25$ late fee every day rent is late. You are responsible for maintaining landscaping and snow removal we will charge a 75$ fee if not maintained You are responsible for letting your landlord know when something breaks, damaged or broken in a timely manner. You are responsible for ensuring water softener is filled with salt, furnace filter is changed every 3 months and fridge filter is changed every 6 months. Rental insurance is required if you cannot provide your own we will enroll you into ours which is $35 a month.
