Lease terms

Landlord pays for sewer. Tenant responsible for all other utilities including electricity/gas, water, trash, internet, etc. There is no rental application fee but all applicants over the age of 18 must complete our unique rental application. All applicants must complete a Zillow background and credit check. Lease term is 12 months and is specified in the lease. Subletting is not allowed. All residents must be listed on the lease. If a dog is to be allowed it must have references and there will be an additional $300/refundable pet deposit provided all dog waste has been picked up at the property and no damage has been caused by the pet. There is no additional pet rent.
