Showers are recommended to not take more than 5 minutes. 10. Walk quietly on second floor to reduce sounds for first floor tenants. 11. Main entrance door must be locked after leaving or entering the house. 12. Any damages caused by the tenant or tenant's guest is at the sole responsibility of the tenant. 13. No storing personal belongings outside the house or in the living room area without approval of the landlord. 14. Clothes in the washer or dryer must be removed after the cycle is complete so that the next person can use it. If the cycle is done and clothes are left unattended, the next user can remove the clothes and leave it on the dryer so that the next person can use the washer or dryer. 15. Conserve energy by turning off lights and appliances when not in use. 16. Tenants must supply their own toiletries and paper towels. 17. First floor tenants are not allowed on second floor kitchen area and second floor tenants are not allowed on first floor kitchen area without an invitation. 18. Kitchen counters must remain cleared for active cooking only. No storing personal kitchen items on counters. Dishes, pots and pans must be washed immediately. 19. The landlord or his or her representative does not need to give early notification to inspect the common areas such as the kitchen and living room. 2 days notification is needed to inspect and enter your private bedrooms. 20. If using the bedroom AC, the doors and windows must be fully closed and the AC filters need to be cleaned at least once every 6 months by the tenant. AC unit also needs to be professionally cleaned at least once a year at the tenants expense. 21. No smoking in the house
