About the building
I have a large master bedroom (Room 3) for rent in Oakland Chinatown.… Super convenient location, it is walking distance to Bart and Downtown Oakland, very close to Lake Merritt, Alameda, and Jack London.
Additionally there is Room 1, it is slightly smaller and the bathroom is not located in the same room. It's own private bathroom is located down the hall in the kitchen area. This rental price is set at $1100.
There is a total of 4 room shares, 2 of which are currently occupied. Each room has their own private bath. This specific room has a small closet and its own private bathroom in its room, and the largest room in the unit. There is no living room and shares a kitchen, dual refrigerator so two tenants share one refrigerator. All utilities are paid except there is no cable with Internet service. Has coin-op laundry in common area. There is only street parking available and a adjacent lot availble for rent. I have security cameras on site to monitor the perimeter of the building.
