THIS IS A REQUIRED PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS. -All utilities (water, trash, gas, and electric) are responsibility of tenant -Lawn maintenance is responsibility of tenant -Rental insurance is responsibility of tenant -Landlord is responsible for HVAC filter purchase and quarterly HVAC changes -Landlord is responsible for stormwater fees. -Applications are processed first come, first serve. We only process completed applications. We consider an application complete when all persons 18 and over who are planning to live in the home have applied.
