Complete bathroom upgrade has tub shower, toilet, built in medicine cabinet, fan light, and slate tile floor. Basement has non sleeping bonus room with LVP flooring and lots of additional storage space. Also in the basement is a dedicated laundry room with new laundry equipment, folding table, mop sink, cabinets, and shelving. Private one car garage is steps from back door and has key pad and opener. Next summer there could be an additional second garage available.
No pets. No undergraduates. No smoking or vaping inside or outside of unit. Monthly gross income needs to be three times the housing expense. Background and credit checks are required, minimum 620 credit. Before preparing a lease, we need an application for everyone that would be living at the property that is 18 and over, our application fee is $30 per applicant.
