Renter to pay fee. We love our little cottage and are looking for someone to love it as much as we do. Located in the Old Colorado City area, it is close to great restaurants, boutique shopping, Bancroft Park and Saturday Farmers Market (open Memorial Day through October). Within a 5-minute drive, you can be at many outdoor recreation sites; Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks Open Space, Bear Creek Park, and the Incline. In less than 15 minutes you can be in Downtown Colorado Springs, The Broadmoor, Manitou Springs or Woodland Park.
