We have a huge, updated home for rent in the Blenman/Elm neighborhood one mile from the University. This home features two living rooms, two dining areas, a large kitchen with breakfast bar and informal dining room, 5 (or 6) bedrooms, three big newer bathrooms, big closets, a big covered patio, two central air conditioning units, a laundry area, and a very large lot with plenty of off-street parking. All appliances are included: 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer. This home rents for $2400 a month for four people. There is an extra charge of $600 per month for each additional person, up to 6. It will be available about August 10. The refundable security deposit is $3600. Pets are not allowed. This is not a "party house" and if you are students your parents will have to co-sign the lease. We are good landlords and we only rent to good students and tenants.
