Tenant is responsible for general property maintenance, including lawn care (e.g., mowing and upkeep). Landlord will cover all monthly association dues and related fees; any additional fees, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the tenant. Monthly Rent: $1,600 Due Date: Rent is due on the 3rd day of each month Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Check, Venmo, Cash App Pets: Pet-friendly property allowing up to two pets. A $100 deposit per pet is required. No monthly pet rent. Utilities & Additional Provisions: A propane tank will be filled prior to move-in; subsequent refills are the tenant's responsibility. Property Use & Policies: No smoking permitted on the premises Lease term is flexible Tenants may paint interior walls with landlord approval; walls must be returned to their original color prior to move-out Move-Out Requirements: A minimum 30-day notice is required prior to vacating the property.
