The Twin Poplar Townhomes are located in one of the best/friendliest areas of northwest Rochester right near highway 52 which makes them just minutes… away from downtown Rochester(i.e. Mayo Clinic). Also, the surrounding area includes great locations such as top notch restaurants, the Rochester Athletic Club, Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Super Target and Costco which makes for great conveniency. Not only that, but the Apache Mall is right down the highway as well. The Twin Poplars have been family owned and operated since being built in 1995.
Amenities included in every unit are: carpet floors, gas water heater, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, A/C, gas heat, individual patio, and individual parking garage + surface spaces as well.
