This kitchen is small, but efficient! None of the appliances are older than 3 years. (Except the trash compactor, which is a working antique.)
There's a leaf for the table in the guest bedroom closet, so that the table sits 6 comfortably.

All utilities- water, trash, gas, and electric are included in the rent. There will be a surcharge for utilities if your use is above the average as defined by the utility companies. There is wifi access and streaming TV. Absolutely no smoking of any kind on the property. Absolutely no pets. All the furniture is relatively new. There are 4 security cameras on the outside of the house. A housekeeper is part of the lease and should be engaged at least twice a month. Aura charges $150 a visit. The refundable security deposit is $1500 for up to three months. A separate cleaning fee deposit for move-out is $200. Summer high rent rates are: June $4500 ($150 p/n) July/ August $5200 ($175 p/n) If you have a serious interest, you will have to pay for a credit and background check which costs $29 through Zillow.

This home is NOT available for LONG TERMS. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED in the rent. The high season rent for June is $150 day/night ($4500) and for July/ August, $175 day/night ($5200). The rent from September through May is $3600 per month. The large master bedroom has a sliding door to its own patio and an ensuite bath with a double vanity and oversized shower. The second bedroom has a sliding door to the main patio, mountain views, and a full bath across the hall. The ergonomic, all electric galley kitchen has counter seating for two and new stainless appliances. There is home office space adjacent to the kitchen. The oversized living room features a magnificent southeastern view towards the Sangre de Cristo mountains and town. At the garage level is an bonus bedroom/office/studio with a full bath and washer/dryer and tons of storage space. There is a Murphy bed cabinet and bedding for occasional guests. This home has forced air heating and an evaporative cooler for summer heat waves. All floors in the living spaces are wood laminate or tile with area rugs. It is a leisurely 20-minute WALK TO THE PLAZA down the dry arroyo path, and a 4-minute drive to De Vargas Mall or to the Plaza area. It's 12 minutes from this house to the end of St. Francis to get on the freeway going south, or 4 minutes to get on the freeway to Los Alamos. It's two blocks from the Ft. Marcy Sports Complex with pool, tennis, and pickleball. Outside amenities include wrap around patios and a spacious portale, and a lovely landscaped yard w/ a sprinkler system. If you are financially qualified with references from a previous housing situation and are looking for a month + away in a beautiful environment, this may be the answer to your quest. I'm looking for a neat-nik. Please don't apply if you are given to slovenly behavior or parties. Please email me for specific dates available. The term of rent must be AT LEAST 30 days. The $1500 deposit will cover any breakages, etc. If all is well, you will get your deposit back. The $1500 deposit covers a ONE TO THREE MONTH RENTAL. The move out cleaning deposit of $200 is separate. The house comes with a housekeeper @ 2xs a month @$150 (your expense).
