Excessive utility usage may result in additional charges as outlined in the lease. * The lease is for the front residence only.* The detached rear efficiency is *not included* in the lease and has its own private entrance and designated parking. The owner reserves the right to occupy or lease the rear efficiency separately. * The front residence includes **private use of the laundry room** and designated driveway parking. * Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with landlord approval. * No smoking or vaping inside the home. * Applicants are subject to credit, background, employment, income, and rental history verification. Preferred household income is at least *2x the monthly rent**. * First month's rent and security deposit are due at lease signing. * Available for immediate occupancy.
