The living room is pleasant with a bay window overlooking your yard and a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms each have a ceiling fan as well. The house also has an evaporative whole house cooler which is more economical than A/C and usually works pretty well in the dessert. The row of roses greet you with fragrant blooms between the front and back doors. The porch is a nice place to sit and watch the people go by in this small town. There is a train that runs behind the property, but from my own experience you get used to it pretty quickly. This house is quaint, cozy and charming. It has a gas wall heater for heat. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo. You pay all your own utilities including water, electric and gas, as well as any cable or internet you may choose to have. Fridge and Range are included AS IS. We allow pets on a case by case basis after meeting them. Rent is $1,200/month discounted only if paid in full with no outstanding balance before it is due on 1st of each month. Regular rent is $1,400/mo. Security is one month regular rent.
