I remodeled the unit with brand new kitchen and appliances - granite counters with stainless steel appliances. The unit has both a private front yard to enjoy the morning sunny and coffee and a large backyard to enjoy the sunset view over Soquel. The exterior was totally redone in 2020. Landscaped front yard is very nice.
