Unit A, the Main Retreat, features 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a king bed and private en-suite bathroom, an open-concept living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Unit B, the Upper Suite, offers 2 bedroomsone king and one queeneach with a private en-suite bathroom, and additional living space. The Pool Loft, the Crown Jewel, boasts 1 king bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, a cozy electric fireplace, and direct sightlines to the pool. Every bedroom features a king or queen bed with plush linens, a private en-suite bathroom, room-darkening shades, and HD streaming TVs.

No alcohol is permitted in the pool area. Pool furniture must be used responsibly and returned to its original position. Any gathering exceeding the listed guest count must be approved in advance by the host. Unauthorized gatherings or house rule violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund. A $1,000 refundable deposit is required for all reservations, captured 48 hours prior to check-in and held separately from your booking payment. This deposit is automatically released within 35 business days after checkout, pending a successful property inspection. For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras on the premises, a smoke alarm, a carbon monoxide alarm, and a first aid kit.
